Ugartechea Model 40E 20 ga. Parker Hale Model by Ugartechea stamped on barrels. Made in 1989, one of the original, early guns imported by Prescision Sports. This one is special in many respects. Please read on. Old silver receiver, flat filed rib,28" barrels, ejectors, single trigger, beavertail forend, pistol grip, yet weight is right at 6lbs. Handles like at dream. Thin hard rubber butt plate. Crisp, deep checkering. Has been sent to BRILEY for Series 3 choke tubes. Choke tubes are full, mod, skt I, skt II and cylinder, five in all. Briley also lengthened the forcing cones. Walnut is straight grain with nice lights and darks, nice finish just beginning to get that nice patina oil finishes get with time and rubbing with Ray's Gun Wax. A few handling marks in wood, very little wear to finsih or blueing, none to old silver. (The Model 40E is what the current importer calls his grade 3. Fit, finish and wood are better on this gun than on current imports) Exc. Unique offering, $1495.
Ugartechea Model 30. 12ga. Precision Sports import, made in 1989. These were proablly the best of the Uggie imports, far better looking than the current guns. 26" barrels, choked IC/Mod. Contrary to public belief, all Uggie Boxlocks have the same stock dimensions. Nice straight grain walnut stock and forend with a nice mellow finish. Carrying wear to case colors on bottom edges of receiver are only evidence this in not a new gun. Exc. $950
BSA Imports, Royal Side by Side. 12ga. 28" barrels, 3 Berreta style choke tubes. Nicely made by Hermosa Zabala (an old and established Spanish gunmaker). Nice hand rubbed oil finish on nice wood. Engraved sidepaltes and receiver with good bright case colors. Lazer checkered English grip and splinter forearm. Chrome lined bores, jeweled watertable, gold colored single selective trigger and ejectors! Weight 7 1/4 lbs. Thin black rubber recoil pad. Well thought out and executed. New in Box with Spainish proof house paper. I have three available. Special offer (below wholesale!): $1125.
